Description

Provide full-service and preventive maintenance on Government owned Sullair, Gardner Denver, Quincy, Baldor, Trauaina compressors and air dryers for these compressors. The total number of compressors is approximately 20 each. The Government intends to co nduct this acquisition as a simplified acquisition for commercial items in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Award will be made with a one-year base period and 4 one-year option periods. The base period of performance is 17 Jan 02 through 16 Jan 03. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business participation. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. The applicable size standard is $5,000,000. The request for quotation (RFQ), DAKF48-0 2-Q-0002, will be available for download at http://ccmd.hood.army.mil and on the Army single Face to Industry website at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Anticipated release date of RFQ is 10 Dec 01 with a closing time and date of 1500 hours on 28 Dec 01. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR), accessed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
