Description

Presolicitation Notice Submission No. 5124V1 published 7 November 2001 for maintenance/overhaul of Swashplate FWD, CH-47, is modified as follows: This is a dual requirement for: (1) Overhaul/repair/modification of Swashplate FWD, Input NSNs and P/Ns: 16 15-01-473-4376/145R3551-19, 1615-01-395-0006/145R3551-17, 1615-01-115-3623/145R3551-1, 1615-01-315-5133/145R3551-5, 1615-01-352-8575/145R3551-11; Output NSN and P/N: 1615-01-473-4376/145R3551-19. This portion of the requirement will be a 5-year, firm-fix ed-price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement with a minimum quantity of 17 each and a maximum quantity of 305 each. (2) Overhaul/repair/modification of Swashplate AFT, CH-47, Input NSNs and P/Ns: 1615-01-395-0007/145R3551-18, 1615 -01-475-9838/145R3551-20, 1615-01-115-3610/145R3551-02, 1615-01-352-8576/145R3551-12, 1615-01-317-2432/145R3551-06; Output NSN and P/N: 1615-01-475-9838/145R3551-20. This portion of the requirement will be a 3-year, firm-fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity requirement with a minimum quantity of 19 each and a maximum quantity of 163 each. This procurement is sole source to The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Steward Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099 (cage 77272). Deliver ies will be FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. No technical data is available to support this acquisition on a competitive basis. The estimated closing date is changed from 12/7/01 to 01/11/02. This requirement is currently unfunded, and award will be withhel d pending receipt of sufficient funds. All responsible sources that can perform the above effort may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
