Description

Lease from 3460 to 5000 BOMA usable square feet of Medical Clinic space to be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Orem Utah near local transportation routes for patients of the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The space will require 17 parking spaces with 2-3 of those spaces handicapped parking spaces. The lease will be a fixed-price lease that includes all utilities and janitorial services for an all inclusive fixed price. The time frame of the lease will be from March 8, 2002 through March 7, 2007 with one five year option to to extend the term of the contract. The Issus date is O/A 12-13-01 Bid opening date O/A 1-14-02. The Request for Proposal will utilize Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
