Description

Complete Custodial Services for nine centrally located buildings with a total of Approximately 225,000 square feet of net assignable space. The proposed contract is for a 12 months base period with four 1 year options. Services will commence on/or about 1 February 2002. Building spaces located on the Humphreys Engineer Center Compl ex. This procurement is 100% set-aside for HUB-Zone, NAICS Code 561720. Annual receipts for its proceeding three fiscal years did not exceed $12.0 million Anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 3 December 2001 with a 30 day response time a llowed.
