Description

Furnish all labor, materials and supervision, at contractor facility, to provide specimen collection for the Port Charlotte CBOC located at 2885 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12 and 13.5 as a commercial item service and will be issued on November 27, 2001 with the proposal due on December 20, 2001. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2002 with four option years. Contractor lab must be within a ten (10) mile radius of Port Charlotte CBOC. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 621511 applies. The Solicitation will be available for downloading on or about 11/27/01, at the VA office of Acquisition and Materiel Management's internet web site at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All offers must be returned to the address located in block 15 of Standard Form 1449. Offers will be due 12/20/01.
