Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide Anesthesia Services for the VA Medical Center, North Chicago, North Chicago, IL., beginning approximately on January 2, 2002 through December 31, 2002. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about 11/28/01. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
