Description

Contractor shall perform radiology procedures on patients referred by the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Ukiah (VACBOC Ukiah), 238B Hospital Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482 for the period of February 1, 2002 (or date of award) through January 31, 2002. The contractor's facility must be located in the city limits of Ukiah, CA. The contractor will perform basic radiological examinations (technical services) to include but not limited to 1. Examinations conducted at the Contractor's Facility, 2. Provider verbal report of emergency examinations to VACBOC Ukiah within one hour of examination and 3. All examinations shall be transcribed within twenty-four hours of the examination. Copies of the transcriptions will be sent to the VACBOC Ukiah for inclusion in the VA patient record.
