Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate a 100% small business set aside contract for the following supplies with services. Item 0001,=20 approximately 8,679 square yards of Carpet, 100% nylon with approximately .281 inch pile, 32 oz., green in color (Samples to be provided by vendors at site visit) ; Item 0002, 1 Lot, Installation of the carpet, glue down to the floor; Item 0003, 204 Boxes of Cove Base 2 & One Half Inch Black; Item 0004, 1 Lot, Installation of the Cove Base; Item 0005, 1 Lot, Removal and Disposal of existing Carpet and Cove Base; Item 0006, 1 Lot, Carpet and Cove Base Adhesive. The Bldg has a total of 17 floors which has 264 Rooms, 17 Lounges and 2 Offices, all to be carpeted. Government is to provide the dumpsters for waste disposal during the installation phase as well as equipment and material storage. A site visit will be conducted. Exact date and time will be included in the solicitation. (Please note that contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens in good standing). The NAICS Code and the Small Business Size Standard for this procurement are 314110 and 500 respectively. Far Part 13.5 applies. All Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register Database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
