Description
The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Ann Bailey & Associates, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 4THF21028099. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain an Automated Telephone Appointment System on an open market buy. This procurement is for the Department of the Army, Martin Army Community Hospital at Ft. Benning, GA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business, 12/07/2001, will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
