This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the following brand name commercial items, [IN SUPPORT OF OUR GENERAL DYNAMICS URC-200 RADIOS]: A.) UAC-300; Power Supply for URC-200 & UPA-50 (General Dynamics P/N: 01-P35863M001) Qty of 1/ea. B.) UP A-50; 50 Watt FM, 30 Watt AM Power Amplifier, Cable & Mounting Kit (General Dynamics P/N: 01-P34364E001) Qty of 1/ea. C.) UIB-100; 28VDC Input, Provides Unfiltered 28VDC to Transceiver & Power Amplifier (General Dynamics P/N: 01-P35807M001) Qty of 1/ea. This Synopsis and Solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a writt en solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (ORAL OFFERS will NOT be accepted), on RFQ DAHA20-02-T-0003. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as the y appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Standard Industrial Code 5731 AND NAICS Code 443112 applies to this procurement, Size of Business: $6. 5 million in revenue. FOB: Destination for delivery to 44649 Doolittle, SELFRIDGE ANG BASE MI 48045. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructi ons to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
