This is a restricted source item. Only the sources cited above have been prequalified to manufacture the item. Technical and other data sufficient to evaluate the item for the intended application shall accompany offers based on supplying other manufacturer's parts. All required data shall be in the contractors possession and will not be supplied by the Government. copies of this solicitation are available at the address above or by faxing 614-692-2262 or e-mailing indcoord@dess.dla.miland will not be available until 15 days after this notice is pulished in the CBD. Requests should include the company name,address and solicitation number. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 359 ea. Shipment will be based onF.O.B. Origin and Surge delivery. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation facors as described in the solicitation.
