Description

Using Commercial Item Format including FAR Part 14 the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System intends to solicite a sole-source contract to provide labor, equipment, parts, materials, and other associated costs for preventative/routine maintenance and emergency repair service for government owned Pitney Bowes Mail Room Equipment, located at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah for the period from January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 with four (4) one-year options to extend. Issue date on or about November 23, 2001. Bid opening on or about December 12, 2001.
