Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Northrop Grumman Information Technology (the section previously known as Sterling Software (U.S.), Inc.) for continued Joint Mapping Toolkit (JMTK) program Support. This will be against their GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract. Individual Delivery Orders will be placed on a time and material basis. Northrop Grumman Information Technology is the original/current software developer of JMTK and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical dta necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner.
