Description: THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code is 541310 with a size standard of $2.0 million. The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida is advertising for Architect/Engineer services. The contract will be for one (1) year with individual task orders being issued. Each order will be negotiated as an individual project. Projects will consist of all construction disciplines including but not limited to: Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering as well as Environmental and Safety issues. Task orders for individual projects shall not exceed $50,000. Minimum work to be ordered under the contract is $1000.00. Contract may be renewed for one (1) year. The total amount of work ordered over the two (2) year period shall not exceed $100,000.00 Firms, which meet the requirements of this announcement, are invited to submit two (2) copies each of current: (1) Standard Form 254, Architect/Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, (2) Standard Form 255, Architect/ Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project. Forms must be received by the Contracting Officer by 2:00pm, local time, on December 11, 2001, to be considered. See Notes 24 and 25. Forms shall be mailed to the VA Medical Center, 7305 N.
