- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a requirement for a contractor to provide technical support for a research project of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). The research involves an intervention evaluation by NIOSH and its partners of the new ANSI B11-TR3 Machinery Risk Assessment/Risk Reduction (RA/RR) Guideline. Training for the use of the guideline is also included in this project. The successful contractor must have extensive experience in safety training and hazard evaluation. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about December 11, 2001, and responses to the RFP will be due January 11, 2002. The period of performance is four years after award. No telephone requests will be accepted. All responsible sources with appropriate capabilities may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
