Description

The INL Bureau is requsting offers for the purchase of a vehicle to be exported to Central America. This procurement is a small business set aside. Vendors must fax the Contracting Officer at the number above to request the detailed specifictions for the vehicle. The vehicle required is a Utility Van with a Cutaway Chassis. It will be used by law enforcement personnel as a mobile inspection station. Exterior color of the vehicle must be white with dark vinyl interior with rubber floor covering. Maintenance manuals should be in both English and Spanish. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications and is most advantageous to the Government (i.e. that which represents Best Value to the Government). All offers which are rated technically sufficient will then be evaluated for cost/price and delivery time ARO. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer. The vehicles are urgently required. Total prices quoted must be FOB price to Port of Miami, FL. All offers must be faxed to Ruth Porter, Contracting Officer, telefax 202-776-8686 and must be received no later than 4:30 PM, EST, on November 30, 2001.
