- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Massturnpike Authority/Fast Lane Service Center for the renewal of toll expenses. A Justification For Other Than Full And Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Massturnpike Authority. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition Rules under FAR 13 dated December n15, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is 12/08/2001.
