Description

A-U. S. Department of Commerce, (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data, and Information Services, (NESDIS), Office of Research and Application (ORA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland, to provide services in the improvement of GOES-SST Algorithm for operational implementation. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 200018
