This solicitation will result as an indefinite quantity contract (IQC), Option to extend term of contract (48 months). Delivery is 126 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit requests. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Other than full and open. Only one source, intended source Scott Aviation. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
