Description
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to expand the parking lot and replace damaged concrete in the existing parking lot at USCG Group Grand Haven, Ottawa County, MI. The work shall include excavation, temporary shoring, backfilling and compacting of new base material where area is to be expanded, site preparation, construction of a retaining wall using pre-cast concrete panels, concrete work, parking lot striping and other associated work. The period of performance is 90 days after contractor?s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.00 and in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 235710 (formerly SIC Code 1771). The Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated due date for bids is January 10, 2002. This office does not issue solicitation or amendments in paper form.
