Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is soliciting on behalf of the VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO for Mental Health Services to be provided for outpatients in the Kirksville, MO area. The Contractor shall provide a Mental Health Clinic that would provide individual counseling, group counseling and basic psychiatric lab work as determined by the psychiatrist and medication management. Patients who need emergency psychiatric care or other specialized Mental Health programs would be referred to the VA Medical Center in Columbia, MO. The Contractor shall provide space and equipment as needed to effectively and efficiently deliver mental health services including an appropriate waiting area. The hours of the clinic will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services will be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract will be for one (1) base year with two (2) option years to renew. Solicitation will be available o/a 11/28/01 with quotes due o/a 12/21/01. All requests for solicitation must be in writing. Emailed and faxed requests are acceptable. The NAICS code is 621330.
