Description

This project is to reduce hazardous fules in 100 acres. The project calls for cutting mechanical treatment and mulch of the vegetation. The area has some Ponderosa and Aspen overstory, the timber is over 200 years old. The site has understory of juniper, lodgepole and oak brush. This project is located on the Kamas Ranger District. A show-me trip is schedule for 12/17/01 at 10 a.m., please call Bryce Eddy at (801) 975-3825 if you plan on attending. The proposed contract is 100% set asided for small business concerns.
