Description

The contractor shall provide investigation and development support to document methodologies used for analyzing artilery lethatlity within the Army Research Laboratory and identify shortcomings, data voids, and significant contributors to uncertainty. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Robert Schumacher, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of inte nt is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contra ct based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
