This solicitation is for the procurement of 8 NSNs for aircraft pulleys manufactured by approved Qualified Product List (QPL) sources. The approved manufacturer's are Ralmark(25337) and Arvan(29965). Qualification Requirements (e.g.QPL) and where information on qualification requirements may be obtained. See clause I84. Quantity(including option quantity) see clause I29. Unit of issue: EA Destination Information: any location in the continental United States, Overseas and FMS. Delivery schedule: 5 days DVD/FMS, 90 days stock. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 9,12 and 23. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 12/07/01 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Availability of drawings. FEDERAL,MILITARY and COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plue option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 3020. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
