DESC: THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The work will consist of improvements to Rooks Park as follows: Miscellaneous pavement repair and preparation for paving; AC pavement, 2 inch thick, 6630 square yards; AC pavement crack sealing, 6000 lineal feet; Pavement markings; Pre-engineered metal group shelter, 1600 square feet; AC pavement, 2 inch thick, 6500 square yards; Pavement markings, centerline and parking stalls; Speed bumps, 2 each; Bollards, 4 each; Top soil, 260 square yards; and Dryland grass seeding. The estimated cost range for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1611 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 23 4110. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if the annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $27,500,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. THE AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION IS DEPENDENT ON THE AVAILABILITY OF FISCAL YEAR 2002 FUNDING.
