- The original Pre-solicitation Notice issued 13 Nov 01, for the subject project is amended to delete the following statements: The Little Rock District is currently working with an 8(a) firm for procurement of this project. If the District is successful ne gotiating a fair and reasonable contract price with the 8(a) firm, this solicitation will be cancelled before bids are due. THIS PROJECT IS A FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT.
