THE U.S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN ROANOKE RAPIDS, NORTH CAROLINA AMOUNT: A minimum of 800 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space for use. . LOCATION: First consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business Area of Roanoke Rapids, NC. If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the CBA. Space must be located in the following delineated areas: NORTH: Roanoke Avenue (Hwy 48) ? which becomes Gaston Rd. (Hwy 48) Boundary line ? City Limit Line & Roanoke River SOUTH: CSX Railroad Tracks on Roanoke Avenue EAST: Hamilton Street (exception is Old CSX Railroad Spur crossing E. 10th Street) WEST: Primarily Jackson Street (exception is the 800, 900, & 1000 blocks of Madison Street) REQUIRE: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space is to be delivered on 09/10/2002. TERM: The lease term is 10 years, five year firm..
