Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed priced award on 29 November 2001 to Smith Nephew Dyonics under FAR 6.302-2 for a equipment loan and disposable product agreement in support of the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services during orthopedic small and large joint surgical procedure currently in place at Madigan. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon resp onses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received before 29 November 2001 will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
