To be held Thursday, December 13, 2001 from 9:00 am -- 1:00 p.m. at George Mason University's Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Cost of the class is $125.00, and the instructor is Mary Rogers, Mary A. Rogers Consulting. This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA.
