Description

Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supervision to provide managed care advisory services for VISN 8 Medical Centers in Florida. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12, 13.5 and 15 as a commercial item service and will be issued on November 20, 2001 with the proposal due on December 13, 2001. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2002 with one option year. . . NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 541618 applies. This is a 100% total small business set aside. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge o/a November 20, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL. Solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All offers must be returned to the address located in block 9 or 15 of Standard Form 1449. Offers submitted must have an original signature by an individual authorized to bind the company. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
