Authority -- USAID Contract No. 294-C-00-00063-00 CH2M HILL, Inc., acting as a procurement agent on behalf of and solely for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Tel Aviv, Israel, is posting this advertisement seeking interested and capable U.S. sources only, for inclusion on a "Distribution List." Firms seeking inclusion on this list will receive copies of Information for Bid (IFB) for " 4-wheel drive, crew-cab, -ton pickup trucks" as explained below. This blanket advertisement will be valid for one (1) month from the date of publishing. The IFB listed below is anticipated to be issued within 2-months. There will be no further notices before issuance of the IFB. Firms who believe they have the capability and capacity to provide similar equipment should send a written request to: Mr. James R. This request shall include name of company, full address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address for contact. It is the firm's responsibility to ensure update information on the CH2M HILL, Inc. "Distribution List" in case of any changes. The IFB will include: (1) Two (2) 4-wheel drive, crew cab, 3/4-ton, lwb pickup trucks to be used to service water wells in the West Bank. (2) The shipment via US Flag Ship, to the Port of Haifa, Israel, of the two (2) pickup trucks. (3) The vehicles must meet Israeli standard as required by the Ministry of Transportation. The research and compliance with these standards will be the sole responsibility of the supply subcontractor to CH2M HILL, Inc. A Fixed-Price Contract is anticipated. Payment will be made by CH2M HILL, Inc. in U.S. Currency. Financing will be through USAID project Water Resources Program (WRP), Phase III. Bidder's will be given 30 days from the date of issuance of the IFB to prepare and submit their bids. Bids must be valid and open for acceptance for a minimum of 120 days from the date set. See Note 1.
