Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to the Potomac Group/Medifax, P.O. Box 30132, Nashville, TN 37241-0132 for the purpose of MCD verification renewal subscription to the Medifax point of service for the PHS Indian Health Hospital, Belcourt, North Dakota 58316. This subscription enables the Service Unit to verify eligibility for MCD/MCR and third party payers of insurance. Medifax is available seven(7) days a week twenty four (24) hours per day. Services will be for one year from date of award. Authority for this non-competitive acquisition is found under 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). Interested sources should submit a letter outlining their concerns and question by mail or via facimile at (605) 226-7669. Responses should be received by December 4, 2001 @3:00pm CDT.
