Description

Maintain, repair, inspect elevators, dumbwaiters, and lifts for handicapped. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair elevators, dumbwaiters, and lifts for handicapped on Fort Sam Houston, Texas in accordance with the work statement. Initial contract period shall be from 1 January 2002 through 31 December 2002, with four (4) one year option periods. Solicitation will be issued on or about 26 November 2001 with reponses due 18 December 2001. Solicitation request shall be in writing, faxed to 210-221-4123 or e-mailed to Patricia.Wood2@cen.amedd.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This procurement is unrestricted, full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
