Description

Monitoring, inspections and tests of elevators/escalators on an annual, semi-annual basis, five-year elevator safety test and escalator inspections and testing. The monitoring of the elevators, inspections and tests as required in the solicitation for the following locations: FOB 201 Varick Street, New York, US Mission to the United Nations, 799 UN Plaza, New York, Alexander Hamilton US Customs House, One Bowling Green, New York, and US Courthouse, 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains, New York. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to monitor on an annual, semi-annual and five-year elevator safety and drop test inspections and escalator tests at the locations as mentioned above. No maintenance or repair services will be required. Anticipated issuance date 12/07/01 Anticipated bid opening date 01/06/02
