Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issued a purchase order to the Journal of Commerce for the annual renewal of the Port Import Reporting Service (PIERS). In accordance with the FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC), has been certified, justified and approved for the Journal of Commerce. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation iw available. Closing date is 11/05/2001.
