- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Edify Corporation for software maintenance renewal. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Edify Corporation. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition Rules under FAR 13 dated December 1, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is November 5, 2001.
