Description

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate with Talisman Partners, Ltd. for the following services which requires the contractor to coordinate with the points of contac assigned by the U.S. Army Environmental Center, provide the personnel, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to accomplish the tasking set forth to the US Army's Environmental Restoration Programs. The contractor shall deliver eight (8) RACER (Basic) training classes (2-day classes) at the USAEC, Aberdeen Proving Ground-Edgewood Area in Marylands(includes labor and travel for one instructor). The objective of the RACER Training Support is to provide training to US Army personnel to assist in developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and responding to annual Restoration Cost-to-Cosmplete data call. The requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by November 29, 2001.
