NSN5960003760277, IQC01304000001. Electron Tube. Purchased in accordance with source controlled drawings 80063 SM-A-540150. Drawings are not available for competitive distribution. Approved source of supply Litton Systems Inc (89146). Unapproved offerors must supply a complete data package for ESA review. This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract for a period of one baisc plus two optional years. Estimated unnual quantity is 64 each. Offers are solicited for quantity ranges: 8-16; 17-32; 33-48; 49-65; 66-96. Deliver FOB origin to various Conus locations. Note 26 applies. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of December 10, 2001 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The solicitation contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration shall not exceed three years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation. =20
