Description

The contractor will provide 2 copies of the design criteria to the COR by the date proposed in the contractors quote. One copy of the erections drawings will be provided to the customer in hard-copy and one copy will be provided in an AutoCAD file. One copy of the shipping documents will be sent to the COR upon shipment of materials. The contractor must provide the following documents to the COR 30 days after contract award: Anchor Bolt Plan Columns Position Plan Building Structural Relations (for designing by the customer) Building General Layout Plan Structural Calculations Erection Drawings If a contractor chooses to include options in his proposal, they will not be used in the evaluation process. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria in the solicitation only. Options that do not affect the total cost will be presented to the customer. The options chosen by the customer will be included in the contract. The Contract Specialist is Paula Kestler for this action.
