Description

Requirement is for new spares for Spray Ring Assy, NSN 2915-01-384-9460NZ, P/N 4080672-01, 8 each. First Article is required. Approved sources are: Pratt & Whitney (mfc 52661) and Woodward FST (65065). Firm fixed type contract is contemplated. Item is applicable to the F100/PW229 Engine. Material is Nickel Alloy; size is approx 24" diameter by 4 inches" wide. Form, Fit, Function: circulator manifold incorporating metering holds which distribute fuel required for augmentor operation on the engine. Qualification Requirements are available. Drawings are not available. ISO 9002 inspection requirements apply. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources in accordance with clause I-70, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending source approval requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their SAR as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards.
