Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation, sheet piling, backfill, and disposal of material therefor; stone protection; pressure grout existing culvert; reinforced c oncrete culvert; providing a sluice gate and gate lift assembly; fertilizing and seeding; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceding fiscal years not exceeding $27.5 million.
