100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The due date for receipt of bids is an estimated date and is subject to change. The actual date and time for receipt of bids will be specified in the solicitation document. The solicitation document will be available on or ab out 20 November 2001. The new North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 234990 with a size standard of $17.0 million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solic itation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consists of New Work Dredging of approximately 6,527,000 and Maintenance Dredging of approximately 1,077,000 CY of unclassified material in Charleston Har bor, Ordnance Reach to Daniel Island Reach and Shipyard River, Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina. Disposal in upland disposal areas. The estimated value of the proposed project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
