Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, safety and management necessary to provide maintenance construction, repair, and alteration work to fences and portions thereof belonging to the United States Government as designated by the Contracting Officer. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The Contract term is for a period of one (1) year. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Large Business firms will be required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to contract award. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 23599. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOOM Electronic Solicitation (E-sol) web site on or about December 31, 2001.
