Description

This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, inviting full and open competition. The National Park Service (NPS) at Assateague Island National Seashore (ASIS) requires an expansion to an existing restroom at the Barrier Island Visitor Center, which is located within the Park's Headquarters Complex near Berlin, MD. The estimated cost for design and construction of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 23332. Proposals will be evaluated using two-phase source selection procedures that will result in award of a firm-fixed price design build contract to the responsible proposer whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered.
