Description

The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance of Military Family Housing at Kelly Annex, Lackland Medina Annex, and Lackland AFB, Texas in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation will be available on or about 01 Dec 01. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated with a performance period of 1 year from date of award with four one year options periods. The applicable NAICS code is 235990 and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is set aside under the Small Business Administration 8(a)competitive program. Only those qualifed 8(a) firms served by the San Antonio District Office are eligible to compete for this acquisition.
