Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Aircraft Operations Center, MacDill AFB, FL intends to contract with the Simuflite Training International for Gulfstream IV Recurrent Training RR Full Service and International Procedures recurrent course for NOAA pilots. The proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit Simuflite under the authority of 41USC 253(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interest parties are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days of its publication and shall submit in writing, it's name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding it's capability to provide the specified service and the names, telephone numbers, and points of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided similar services. No response will be provided to those inquiries which fail to provide the information requested. The NAICS Code is 611512. This information shall be faxed to 816-426-7530, Attention: Sharon Walker. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely with the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
