Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to award a sole source contract to TIBCO Software, In c., 3165 Porter Drive, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This contract is for the acquisition of TIB/InConcert Software Server and User Client software maintenance, support and update service for existing Government-owned InConcert software for a base year beg inning 01 Oct 2001 and ending 30 Sep 2002 with four annual options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to res pond to the requirement. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR 12, Acquisi tion of Commercial Items. See Note(s) 22.
