Rock Island Arsenal Purchase Description (RIPD)2400-02-2001, dated 09 Jul 2001. D elivery shall be 180 days from date of award of contract. FOB destination Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Approximate issue date for this solicitation is 04 Dec 2001. Closing date will be approximately 30 days from the date of issuance.
