Description

Guard services at various locations within the States of Hawaii and Guam, Northern Marianas Statewide. Government per formance based requirement. The request is for one basic year with four (4) one-year options. The Standard Industrial Clas sification (SIC) code is 7381. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. THIS PROCUREMENT I S 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. For prupose of this requirement, a small business is a firm whose average annual receipts for the preceding three years do not exceed $9.0 million. This acquisition is a source selection with the following technic al evaluation factors ranked in descending order of importance: (1) Past Performance, (2) Management and Plan of Operation, (3) Financial Resources and an Oral Presentation. BID AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. The successful offeror must be k nowledgeable and have a proven track record of professional competency in the security field. Offerors MUST HAVE SECURITY L ICENSES/PERMITS TO OPERATE IN THE STATES OF HAWAII AND GUAM. Estimated issuance date of solicitation is on or about November 8, 2001.
