Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery Order(s) against an existing Library of Congress agreement to provide on-line reference databases (PeopleWise pre-employment screening software) from Lexis-Nexis. The services will be obtained through the Library of Congress, FEDLINK contract with Lexis-Nexis through an Interagency Agreement and will be accessed by the USPTO in Arlington, VA. These services are for FY 2002. No solicitation exists. No award will be made.
